WORK TYPE: Full-Time Remote



LOCATION:

This position is open to candidates residing in any U.S. state except Washington, California, and the city of Denver. This role is not open to candidates residing in Washington State, California, or Denver, CO, due to budget constraints related to state-specific compensation disclosure requirements.



HOURS: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CT



COMPENSATION: The pay range for this job is $16.50-18.50 per hour.

The base pay will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.



HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Production Support Representative on the Internal Decoration Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders move smoothly from production to delivery. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the internal decoration teams, Sales and Sales Support. Priorities include responding to emails, tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive their products on time. Your proactive communication and problem-solving skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.



WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Deliver first-class customer service by managing inbound order inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
  • Provide timely and accurate order status updates to Sales and Support.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to production, inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Proactively follow up with internal facilities to ensure open tasks and inquiries are resolved to completion.
  • Respond to all inquiries and provide status updates within established department timelines.
  • Assess order discrepancies (shortages, lost or defective items) and determine when replacement orders are necessary.
  • Act as the primary internal contact for order changes and updates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through organized, informative email correspondence.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and order management systems
  • Previous customer service, production support, or order management experience preferred
