TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: There is approximately 10-25% travel required for this position.
PAY RATE: The base salary range for this job is $60,000-70,000 annually plus the possibility of additional performance based incentives.
The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Manager, Club/ Select Customer Onboarding is responsible for ensuring a seamless and impactful start-to-finish experience for BSN SPORTS’ Enterprise and National Partner accounts in the Club/Select segment, setting the tone for long-term success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive the end-to-end onboarding journey for new enterprise-level club/select customers, from initial account set up through program activation.
- Present and explain Club/Select specific perks, pricing packages, and operational processes, ensuring customers fully understand the value of partnering with BSN SPORTS.
- Oversee the uniform mockup process for Club/Select customers, including timelines, ordering coordination, and customization details (logos, mascots, branding).
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality onboarding experience for Club/Select partners.
- Lead a team of onboarding specialists that work with specific enterprise customers to give them top-of-the-line experience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new Club/Select partners during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into their long-term account relationship.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to surprise and delight Club/Select customers, reinforcing BSN SPORTS as their trusted partner in the team sports community.
- Transition new customers to BSN SPORTS National Account Reps that exclusively work with Clubs post-onboarding on their day-to-day ordering and product needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience in Club Sports and strong familiarity with BSN SPORTS products, services, and processes.
- Recognized subject matter expertise in Club/Select sports, with the ability to translate knowledge into actionable onboarding strategies.
- A people-centric and emotionally intelligent leader, skilled in building relationships and guiding customers through complex processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant sales and/or sale management experience
