LOCATION DETAILS: Remote in the United States


WORK HOURS: Full Time, Monday through Friday – 8 am to 5 pm. Weekend work will be expected


COMPENSATION: The standard salary range for this role is $56,000-$70,000 annually.

The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: This role requires travel approximately 50% of the time, including visits to the CLI Conservatory in western Massachusetts and attendance at recruiting events across the country. Weekend work is expected as part of the travel schedule and event participation.



HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Admissions Manager will work closely with the student recruiting and admissions team to help identify and recruit the world's best young dancers to attend the CLI Conservatory - a rigorous 10-month pre-professional training program.


The Admissions Manager will communicate with prospective students, help run recruiting events, and manage the admissions pipeline.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Communicate key information about our programs to dancers and dance parents over phone, email, and SMS.
  • Plan and execute online and in-person recruiting events, including travel to the CLI Conservatory in western Massachusetts and to dance events across the country.
  • Work with marketing and design teams to develop and distribute marketing materials to prospective students.
  • Manage the Conservatory student pipeline from connecting with new applicants to addressing questions throughout the admissions process.
  • Communicating admissions decisions to prospective students.


QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Critical to our team is someone who is excited about our unique mission at CLI Studios! You are passionate about dance, detail oriented and organized, and willing to hustle to hit goals and deadlines. Your skills and experience should include the following:

  • Experience with productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Google Docs, Clickup).
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Demonstrated skill in collaborating effectively across the organization.
  • Keen analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Ability to multi- task and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • One to two years of experience working in business operations, account management, customer service, or sales.
  • Experience with the dance industry (as a former dancer or employee of a dance or danced-related company).


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands that are described as required are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • While not participating in an event this job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. Ability to sit or stand for long periods through meetings and while operating office equipment, PC’s, laptop, telephone will be required.
  • During events the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (5 hours plus) is required. The ability to communicate with students and colleagues using the following but not limited to radio, walkie talkie, text message and email is required. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and manipulate equipment that is a minimum of 30 lbs. is required.
