HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Sr. Workday Developer is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Workday, a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday and its capabilities, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex HCM solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and will then translate those needs into a technical solution that meets or exceeds expectations. The Sr. Workday Developer will also be responsible for supporting the Workday solution once it is implemented, including providing training to users, troubleshooting issues, and making enhancements as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Participate and/or lead integrations design/solutioning discussions where best practices are a guiding principle.
Keep current on emerging trends and new functionality relating to the Workday product focused on elevating the employee experience.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and functional teams to define requirements.
Design, develop, test and deployWorkday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.
Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for integration development and/or testing.
Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and project teams to refine requirements and deliver on project goals against roadmaps.
Partner with the Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to ensure alignment with best practices and security policy.
Maintain solution design, implementation, application, and integration flow documentation.
Issue triage and remediation of defects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong understanding of Workday architecture and functionality
Strong understanding of integration technologies, such as APIs, SOAP, XSLT and REST
Experience with Workday Integrations which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector, etc.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner
Incorporate customer-centric values and SPIRIT principles into the company's mission, vision, and core values.
The ability to communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization efficiently and effectively.
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Education, Certification, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Workday integrations
Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio are a plus.

This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with ability to sit or stand for long periods through meetings and while operating office equipment, PC’s, laptop, telephone will be required.
