Executive Assistant / Marketing Outreach Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and finds joy in serving others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including exceptional editing skills
- Small and large event coordination experience
- Marketing, email marketing, and social media experience
- Website and digital platforms administration experience
Responsibilities
- Providing 50% support to the executive director, editing communications (long and short form), calendar management, event scheduling and support, and general office support
- Focusing 50% of efforts on reviewing and enhancing customer experiences and encouraging those we serve through various communication channels — email, mail, and various digital platforms including social media and our learning management system (LMS)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Writing and editing experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule can include remote work with in office requirement of 30 hours a week (occasional after hours and weekends)
