Qualifications:

A love for God and His word, a deep abiding joy in Jesus and a Spirit led life that includes helping others know God and walk with Jesus in deep and meaningful ways

• Experience creating, editing, and producing content of all types — images, videos, podcasts, written copy, etc. — published across sites, video platforms, social media platforms, and learning management systems
• Experience building online courses with video and short and long form written content
• Experience creating learning objectives and outcomes
• Experience shooting, editing, and producing videos and podcasts
• Experience creating and achieving learning goals for lessons

Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit long form and short form content across multiple digital channels (described above)
• Design and build online courses building online courses with video, short and long form written content

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree and working toward a masters or equivalent (Christian Leadership, Christian ministry, Urban Studies, Divinity, Theology)
• Online course design experience of 2 years or more
• Full-time or majority time role flexible (depending on experience). Minimum of 30 hours per week needed with only 20 hours needed to be in the office or shooting on site (occasional after hours and weekends)
