Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and finds joy in serving others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including exceptional editing skills
  • Small and large event coordination experience
  • Marketing, email marketing, and social media experience
  • Website and digital platforms administration experience

Responsibilities:

  • Providing 40% support to the executive director, editing communications (long and short form) calendar management, event scheduling and support, and general office support
  • Focusing 60% of efforts on enhancing customer experiences and encouraging those we serve through various communication channels — email, mail, and various digital platforms including social media and our learning management system (LMS)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Writing and editing experience
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule can include remote work with in office requirement of 30 hours a week (occasional after hours and weekends)
