Job Duties Summary:

SFP Benefits is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and client service. In this dynamic role, you’ll empower our producers and account managers to deliver an exceptional client experience—making sure every benefits program runs smoothly, every compliance detail is handled, and every client feels supported.

The ideal candidate loves to meet needs and serve others. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving, is a tech-savvy professional and is comfortable working with multiple platforms simultaneously, and finding facts and data to support the team’s business.

Technology & Systems Support

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Employee Navigator portals; train and support clients with confidence.
  • Manage client access to the Mineral HR platform and encourage engagement.
  • Keep SFP Benefits’ website and resources up to date with the latest compliance and industry news.

Quoting & Proposal Preparation

  • Gather and compare proposals from top insurers and vendors.
  • Create polished, easy-to-understand proposal and renewal presentations that help clients make informed decisions.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure every client stays on top of their required compliance documents (ERISA Wrap SPD, Section 125 POP, etc.).
  • Coordinate filings and notices including ACA 1095, PCORI, Medicare Part D, and 5500 filings.
  • Manage and distribute legally required employee communications with accuracy and timeliness.

Client & Prospect Engagement

  • Manage content through Zywave, delivering compliance, legislative, and educational updates that inform and build trust.
  • Maintain accurate and segmented distribution lists to ensure the right content reaches the right audience.

Account Management Support

  • Partner with Account Managers to deliver excellent service and follow-through.
  • Contribute to team projects, administrative support, and creative problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience in employee benefits or insurance preferred but not required.
  • TN Life, Accident & Health Insurance License (company-paid reimbursement upon attainment).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excited to learn new systems and software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy helping others succeed.
