Job Description

Join the team behind one of the most trusted nonprofit brands in the world. ALSAC is the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Our paid summer internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting a powerful mission: Finding cures. Saving children.

What You’ll Experience:

Over 10 weeks, you’ll be immersed in ALSAC’s culture and work alongside passionate professionals. Here’s what you can expect:

Internship Details:

  • Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

  • Pay: $14/hour

  • Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate

  • Passionate about our mission

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Internship Focus:

Key Projects:

  • Oracle Fusion Transformation – Change Management Support

  • Finance Project Tracking & Dashboard Support

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and managing Finance project activities, timelines, and deliverables

  • Support Oracle Fusion change management efforts, including:

  • Policy implementation and enforcement

  • Process documentation and updates

  • User training sessions and materials

  • Internal communications and stakeholder engagement

  • Create professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools

  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with Finance leaders and team members to support project and change management initiatives

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective interpersonal and public speaking abilities

  • Professional writing and documentation skills

  • Meeting planning and facilitation

  • Basic project management knowledge

  • Familiarity with change management principles

Preferred Majors: Communications, Business, Finance, Project Management, Organizational Leadership
