Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager II, Dynamic Site Presentation to help shape and deliver digital products that enhance personalized experiences across our web ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with solid product management experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using data and technology to improve customer journeys.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager II, Dynamic Site Presentation you will be responsible for managing the development and success of digital products throughout their lifecycle. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution from concept to launch. Your work will directly contribute to our evolving site strategy and personalization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Manage product lifecycle activities including discovery, planning, development, and performance tracking.

  • Roadmap Execution: Support the creation and delivery of short- and mid-term product roadmaps aligned with business goals.

  • Customer-Centric Development: Conduct market and user research to identify needs and translate insights into product features.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Site Strategy Support:

    • Collaborate with technology partners to define use cases for site presentation and next-best-action capabilities.

    • Work with product teams to explore CDP and modeling opportunities for personalized experiences.

    • Align with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize valuable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field with 4–6 years of product management or related experience.

    • OR 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

    • Demonstrated success in delivering digital product capabilities with measurable customer and business impact.

  • Technical & Strategic Skills:

    • Experience in digital product management, especially within dynamic or personalized content ecosystems.

    • Familiarity with CDPs, advanced modeling, and tools like Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

    • Understanding of website management, digital marketing, ecommerce, payments, and CRM/audience management technologies.

  • Execution & Delivery:

    • Ability to facilitate scope, design, and requirements discussions with cross-functional teams.

    • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software delivery methodologies.

    • Strong understanding of testing and user acceptance practices.

  • Soft Skills & Tools:

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, web analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
