Job Description
The Director of Display Media, Strategy and Performance leads the execution and optimization of paid digital media channels including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Online Advertising.
Responsible for driving performance through data-informed strategies, rigorous testing, and seamless execution in partnership with internal teams and external agencies. Oversee a team focused on channel strategy, activation, experimentation, and performance management, ensuring investments deliver measurable impact on fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution, optimization, and performance of Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Online Advertising.
- Drive fundraising performance through strategic media investments, experimentation, and continuous performance management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team focused on media strategy, activation, and analytics.
Core Competencies:
- Media Strategy & Execution: Hands-on expertise in media planning and buying across Paid Search, Display, and Online Video.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and balancing multiple high-impact projects.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, GA4, and multi-touch attribution tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital media strategy and buying, with a focus on Paid Search and Programmatic Display.
- Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar media budgets and drive ROI.
- Experience with media mix modeling and multi-channel attribution.
