Job Description

As a cornerstone of our mission, the Dream Home - Showplace Advisor plays a pivotal role in leading one of our most impactful fundraising initiatives. As the Dream Home - Showplace Advisor, you will serve as the strategic project manager for high-revenue campaigns, overseeing all aspects from builder coordination to campaign execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, managing relationships with key partners, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external teams. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management in a complex regulatory landscape, with each market governed by unique state or county-level regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution for 4–7 Dream Home markets annually, raising $4–7 million cumulatively.
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, builder coordination, and strategic execution plans.
- Monitor and mitigate brand, legal, and financial risks across diverse regulatory environments.

Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, sponsors, Home Builders Associations (HBAs/BIAs), media partners, and internal teams.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, meet-and-greets, and campaign calls to foster engagement and alignment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for high-value partners including board members, volunteers, and prize sponsors.

Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies including direct mail, email, paid social, and digital advertising.
- Report campaign analytics and performance metrics to stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions.
- Align marketing efforts with partner strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.

Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and attend key campaign events such as groundbreakings, open houses, and thank-you celebrations.
- Work closely with local lead staff to ensure events reflect program standards and community impact.

Fiscal & Operational Oversight
- Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost containment and fiscal responsibility.
- Research and negotiate donated or discounted land options for Dream Home locations.
- Analyze construction invoices and manage builder relationships to optimize cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, event planning, sales, or related fields. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in multi-market or campaign settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Experience in marketing coordination and performance analytics.
- Skilled in event planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of residential or commercial construction is a plus.
