Job Description
Join ALSAC in advancing the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by supporting and strengthening our global foundation partners. As a Regional Liaison - Eastern Mediterranean, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our international footprint, enhancing partner capacity, and ensuring sustainable fundraising and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for ALSAC’s global foundation partners, supporting the Sr. Regional Liaison in all aspects of partnership management.
- Provide strategic guidance to improve partner performance and long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate across ALSAC divisions to implement in-country foundation strategies aligned with St. Jude Global initiatives.
- Strengthen relationships with international partners, helping build their fundraising, marketing, and operational capabilities.
- Represent ALSAC in global forums, supporting storytelling, public speaking, and advocacy efforts.
What You Bring
- Language fluency in Arabic (oral and written); French is a strong plus.
- Proven experience working in complex, multicultural environments at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of global fundraising, local foundation dynamics, and the medical community’s connection to global health organizations like the WHO.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising, marketing, operations, and public relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for building meaningful, mission-driven relationships across cultures.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with St. Jude Global initiatives and affiliated foundation partners.
- Experience in business strategy, nonprofit development, or international relations.
- A talent for storytelling that inspires action and builds trust.
Location:
This position will be based at our National Executive Office in Memphis, TN
The position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
