Job Description

At ALSAC—the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital—we believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to inspire, connect, and make a difference. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our mission, welcoming visitors to the Tamer-Rashid Building or Danny Thomas Pavilion with warmth, professionalism, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor that reflects the heart of St. Jude. Share our story with passion and accuracy.

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Ensure every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from arrival to departure. Explain self-guided tour options and answer questions with confidence.

  • Lead Engaging Tours: Share the history, mission, and impact of ALSAC and St. Jude in a compelling and conversational way.

  • Support Donations: Accept walk-in donations, thank donors personally, and ensure proper processing and acknowledgment.

  • Coordinate Guest Logistics: Issue visitor and temporary employee badges, notify hosts of arrivals, and offer refreshments.

  • Maintain a Pristine Environment: Ensure the pavilion and surrounding grounds are clean, inviting, and guest-ready at all times. Report and follow up on maintenance or housekeeping needs.

  • Support Events: Assist with event setup, logistics, and guest services. May be required to work occasional evenings or weekends.

  • Gather and Share Insights: Collect guest feedback and share relevant insights with leadership to support brand awareness and continuous improvement.

  • Track and Report Data: Assist with collecting data and preparing reports related to guest visits and event operations.

  • Inspire and Represent the Mission: Display a deep passion for ALSAC/St. Jude and help inspire others to support our lifesaving work.

Qualifications:

  • A professional, polished, and welcoming presence with a passion for people and purpose.

  • 3–4 years of experience in public relations, hospitality, executive assistance, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including donors, executives, and the public.

  • Comfort with basic computer applications and administrative tasks.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus!

Location:

  • This position will be based at our National Executive Office (NEO) in Memphis, TN

  • The position will require you to be onsite working 5 days a week.
