Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and drive success for our cause-marketing partners. Responsible for developing, expanding and managing up to $20 million in revenue for corporate partners who participate in cause marketing and sponsorship programs on a national and multi-regional level.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Develop, expand, and manage up to $20 million in revenue for corporate partners participating in cause marketing and sponsorship programs.
Strategic Planning: Create and implement national and regional plans for top-level cause-marketing partnerships.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships at various levels within partner companies.
Program Execution: Execute marketing and fundraising programs, maximizing funds and awareness raised for [St. Jude/other relevant cause].
Leadership: Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing account managers and representatives.
Collaboration: Serve on division and organization task forces/committees as directed.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, public relations, marketing, or nonprofit work, with at least 2 years of account management experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong public speaking abilities.
Ability to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions.
Proficiency in MS Office products and web browsers.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Comfortable working occasional long hours and outside normal business hours.
