Job Description

Responsible for curriculum design/development, implementation/facilitation, and evaluation/continuous improvement of Global Scholars Program and other education initiatives. Responsible for synthesizing information and feedback from multiple sources into curriculum. Helps define comprehensive learning strategies and improve effectiveness of Global training programs.

  • Requires knowledge and application of curriculum design and adult education best practices.
  • Strong ability to create dynamic, eye-opening, highly interactive, and fun educational experiences to optimize learning.
  • Excellent communication, platform, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Must have analytical abilities in order to evaluate programs for impact and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge and skill of coaching practices and performance improvement planning.
  • Thorough knowledge of project management, logistics, and general management methods.
  • Possesses experience in managing multiple international remote locations.
  • Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations.
  • Understand extremely complex verbal or written instructions.
  • Understand data processing applications.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a bachelor’s degree plus 4-6 plus years of experience in the field of education, organizational development, project management, coordination, operations and/or fundraising or marketing/sales.
