Job Description

As a Principal Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level guidance and oversight for strategic enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Your focus will be on Financial Management, including Accounting and Control, Payables and Expenses, Receivables and Cash, and Asset and Lease Management. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing Oracle functionality and address the growing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and champion the long-term enterprise-wide technology strategy and vision for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment.
  • System Architecture and Design: Leverage your expertise to design and optimize system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Implementation and Support: Utilize your 8+ years of progressive IT experience to implement and support large enterprise SaaS applications, with a focus on Oracle Fusion ERP Financial Management.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess and mitigate risks associated with enterprise applications, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to model, benchmark, and analyze business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • SDLC Methodologies: Apply Agile, Waterfall, and CI/CD methodologies to manage projects effectively.
  • Communication and Influence: Communicate complex technical concepts effectively, influencing project decisions and collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Stay abreast of new technologies and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
  • Leadership and Negotiation: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and negotiate effectively to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information science, business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of accounting discipline and financial processes.
  • Minimum 2 successful Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
