Job Description

As a Senior Advisor - Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and activating our corporate partnerships. You’ll shape the future of how we collaborate with corporations for the greater good of St. Jude. Your strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building expertise will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Solutions Development:

  • Identify, develop, and lead solutions for corporate partners, prospects, and donors.
  • Conduct strategic consultations to understand challenges and opportunities, leveraging knowledge of enterprise strategies and priorities.
  • Contextualize solutions within ALSAC’s business strategies.

Ideation and Concept Synthesis:

  • Lead ideation sessions to identify potential solutions aligned with donor and partner goals.
  • Synthesize ideas into clear and compelling concepts.

Creative Proposal Development:

  • Create best-in-class proposals and pitches.
  • Use graphic design skills (including PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) to visually represent complex ideas.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.

Executive Engagement:

  • Participate in high-level executive meetings to visually represent strategies.
  • Distill complex concepts into succinct and understandable presentations.

Collaboration and Research:

  • Work closely with leadership and account managers to secure planning and prospect meetings.
  • Conduct industry-specific and audience-specific brainstorm sessions.
  • Analyze key corporate research, providing critical trends and insights.

Case Study Repository Management:

  • Oversee the repository of partnership concepts and best practices.
  • Communicate current trends and best practices to account managers.
  • Anticipate proof points needed for future case studies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand complex instructions and influence others.
  • Passion for corporate philanthropy and innovative thought leadership.
