Job Description

We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for creating impactful collateral and signage for our campaigns and events. As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring the highest quality deliverables. If you’re passionate about design, production, and collaboration, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

  • Production Excellence: You’ll be the driving force behind print-ready files, templates, and technical specifications. Your attention to detail ensures our materials are flawless and ready for distribution.
  • Concept Application: Translate creative concepts into compelling designs that resonate with our audience. Your work will be front and center, from business cards to large-scale wall graphics.
  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. You’ll also work with Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement self-serve solutions through print-on-demand portals and template creation.
  • Professional Communication: In writing or in person, you’ll communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Organization and Composure: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production Art, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in agency or in-house creative departments.
