Job Description

The Liaison - One Time Giving is responsible for strategic and tactical execution of the day-to-day activities associated with the revenue generation, execution, performance, expense management, and trend analysis of National Direct Marketing’s Planned Giving cultivation and retention programs. Uses understanding of data analytics, direct marketing techniques, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal revenue and donor objectives are met. Leads the execution and implementation of these strategies in support of the Direct Marketing campaign and multi-million dollar fundraising goals. Works closely with cross-divisional teams and external vendors and consultants to ensure all strategies and tactics are aligned with NDM and ALSAC’s Strategic Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Execute day-to-day activities related to revenue generation, performance analysis, and expense management.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to optimize revenue and donor objectives.
  • Integrated Strategies: Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to raise over $380 million in gross revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-divisional teams, external vendors, and consultants to align strategies with NDM and ALSAC’s Strategic Plan.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure adherence to direct marketing best practices, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Digital Expertise: Stay ahead of emerging marketing platforms and channels, including digital, interactive, social, and mobile.

Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and marketing campaign management.
  • Collaborative Approach: Thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Effective Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar, and usage.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Ability to understand and execute complex instructions.
  • Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with rhetorical tools used in marketing communications.
  • Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Communications or a related field.

**This position will be based on the ALSAC / St.Jude Campus in Memphis, TN, and will require in-office presence weekly as part of a hybrid schedule.
