2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll be at the heart of ALSAC's Safety and Business Continuity Department, collaborating across various functional areas, and building positive relationships with co-workers, employees, and local authorities.
3. Database Management: Take charge of our safety program databases, including user administration, content management, and user training. Your skills will be essential in preparing reports and manuals to make complex information accessible to all.

7. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate safety-related meetings and activities, such as safety warden and committee meetings. Your communication skills will shine as you establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, is paramount. You'll be responsible for passing on critical safety and security information.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are a must, given the need to coordinate and collaborate with various teams and external contacts.
Self-starter: We value individuals who can work independently, are motivated to work Cross functionally with St. Jude and the events team, and take initiative in managing safety programs.
Project Leadership: Previous experience leading projects and teams will set you up for success in this role, especially when handling confidential information.
