Job Description

Children’s Research Hospital – is currently looking for a Product Analyst II in Memphis,
TN as follows.


Responsible for proactive, timely analytic insights in order to positively impact the
audience experience to achieve defined business goals and objectives. Design, develop
and analyze performance metrics per established standards and best practices and
providing the necessary reports and insights to support digital product strategies and
drive business goals. Work closely with other business analysts to define
implementation requirements, functional/tagging specification documents and maintain
documentation through Adobe Analytics SDR (Solutions Design Reference). Analyze
performance results and apply business acumen to the data to provide data-driven
insights, including recommendations for optimization. Design and publish results,
reporting and a performance narrative in a timely manner, per established standards,
formats, and business needs, includes maintaining all interactive dashboards ensuring
they are accurate and being generated in the most effective and efficient way. Conduct
A/B tests, experience targeting on various web pages to optimize and personalize the
user’s web experience through Adobe Target and recommend changes that enable
stakeholders to make appropriate strategic decisions. Aggregate and mine large sets of
data to identify and visualize performance trends; complete necessary data cleanup and
standardization; comfortable working with large sets of data. Design and develop data
visualizations using data viz tools (Tableau, etc.), to communicate and demonstrate
digital performance per established objectives and best practices. Position based in
Memphis, TN and requires in-office presence.

Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related
field and three (3) years of digital analytics experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field followed by five (5) years of digital
analytics experience. Experience must include each of the following:

(i) Three (3) years of experience with analyzing and developing actionable insights for
digital products and experiences; Tableau; translating data and insights into a
performance data stories; working with large data sets; building data queries in
SQL; and PL/T-SQL, ETL, SSIS, SSRS.

(ii) One (1) year of experience with Adobe Analytics; Google Analytics; Google Data
Studio; Virtual Machine Tools like VM Ware; and Alteryx BI Tool.
