Job Description
Are you ready to take your software engineering career to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineer III to join our team and lead the charge in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge enterprise applications. As a Technical Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology stack and mentoring our talented team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead the way in designing, developing, and implementing multilayered enterprise applications. Your expertise will guide the team towards success.
Mentorship: Share your knowledge and wisdom with Software Engineers I and II, helping them grow through technical and data analysis, problem-solving, and code reviews. You'll be instrumental in spreading strength across our team members.
Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology by exploring emerging trends and anticipating industry disruptions. Your forward-thinking mindset will drive our organization to new heights. Bitbucket and Jenkins knowledge is a huge plus.
Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our applications and services. Your ability to engage through verbal interviews and data gathering will shape the future of our projects.
Documentation: Ensure clear and concise documentation of solutions through diagrams, charts, code comments, and adherence to coding standards. Your attention to detail is paramount.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate your knowledge in software engineering best practices, encompassing frontend UI & UX, APIs & microservices, schema development, and SecDevOps. Experience with Salesforce or any CRM Integration is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Leverage your 5+ years of experience with React JS, .NET Core, REST APIs, Insomnia, Mulesoft, Kafka, and MS SQL Server. Your familiarity with these technologies is a strong plus.
Multilayer Proficiency: Showcase your experience in writing software across various application layers, including frontend, backend, and data and database technologies.
Team Player: Thrive in a team-oriented, cross-functional work environment with formal structures, roles, and responsibilities.
Education: Possess a bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field and 5-8 years of technical, analytical, systems, and programming experience.
