ALSAC is looking for a Sr Fraud Analyst - Treasury to join our team and help us protect our organization and donors from fraudulent activities. As a Sr Fraud Analyst - Treasury, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing data and developing fraud prevention strategies for credit/debit, ACH transactions, and checking.
Owning and managing the Credit Card fraud mitigation software and ensuring its alignment with Treasury’s risk mitigation strategy.
Monitoring, identifying, and researching fraudulent electronic transactions and check donations and taking action to stop them.
Reporting and communicating fraud findings and recommendations to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as NACHA, FinCEN, OFAC, credit card industry practices, etc.
Creating and executing fraud risk reporting and dashboard development for ALSAC Treasury.
Collaborating with InfoSec, Legal, and IT to support end-to-end risk mitigation, brand protection, and financial stewardship.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Cybersecurity and a combined 5-8 years of experience in credit card operations, financial analysis, and/or complex reporting creation.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, project management, and continuous improvement skills.
Experience in fraud detection and prevention, preferably in banking or audit.
Knowledge of fraud investigation techniques and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and priorities, anticipate and resolve potential issues, and adapt to and lead change.
Work Location: This is a hybrid role at ALSAC’s National Executive Office in Memphis, TN.
