We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Analytics and Marketing Technology team as a Sr Advisor. The ideal candidate understands the capabilities and possibilities of data-driven audience strategies and technologies. This role requires a person who can quantify the business value and execute the delivery of audience activation through ad-tech platforms to grow our impact through audience-led marketing efforts.
Champion audience-first thinking within strategy and media teams by providing a consultative approach to driving business outcomes using data and technology platforms.
Deploy various dimensions of personalization through technology: DMP, CDP Site Analytics, DCO, DSP, and other solutions to drive audience-based planning, buying, targeting, measurement, and optimization.
Develop and support strategic audience segmentation to drive omnichannel personalization by partnering with internal teams to develop and deploy new models using 1st and 3rd party data through digital advertising.
Support activation and onboarding of audiences (e.g. LiveRamp, DV360, Facebook, etc.)
Architect audience targeting approaches based on campaign goals by running audience insight analysis, collaborating with data partners to create custom audiences, and establish a connection with media partners to configure, test, and validate destination across all channels.
Support the end-to-end process of audience planning, activation, and measurement for clients and/or campaigns in partnership with the Strategy team.
Analyze performance by audience segment & provide audience optimization recommendations.
Optimize efficiency and minimize customer impact by identifying emerging trends through various datasets and visualizations.
Oversee and manage partner relationships for strategic audience activation platforms (LiveRamp, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quantitative consulting, analytics, or solutions delivery roles
Familiarity with media planning and activation processes
Solid understanding of mar-tech and ad-tech landscape
Hands-on experience with LiveRamp, Adobe Enterprise Marketing Suite, Salesforce Marketing Suite, and other similar tools
Experience with data onboarding
Ability to create and articulate complex business recommendations, advanced data concepts, and technical dependencies to a non-technical audience
Support the delivery of external data integrations to platforms capable of delivering personalized experiences
Experience with SQL, functions, and JSON/JSONB data types.
Knowledge of data lifecycle and data governance concepts
Conduct ad-hoc and recurring business analyses centered on segment quality
Familiar with Brand mapping/hierarchy, metadata taxonomy, cataloging, and classification
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, etc.
Excellent presentation skills to communicate overall strategy, analysis plan and execution
