Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference? We're seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Fundraising Programs Liaison to join our team at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our fundraising impact through dynamic peer-to-peer campaigns and events, both in person and virtual. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships, driving engagement, and strategically managing fundraising initiatives that directly support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the relationship management of assigned campaigns and events, both in person and virtual, within our peer-to-peer platform.
  • Strategically enhance and grow fundraising experiences, ensuring the achievement of revenue and engagement goals while fostering opportunities for audience expansion.
  • Provide expert guidance to fundraising participants, coaching teams, top fundraisers, and volunteer leaders to exceed targets, utilizing best practices in the peer-to-peer industry.
  • Drive innovation by reimagining hybrid fundraising and event experiences, positioning our organization as a pioneering industry leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine procedures and processes for peer-to-peer and community events, optimizing digital resources to support fundraising campaigns.
  • Craft and implement communication strategies for internal stakeholders, partners, and audiences, fostering engagement and synergy across programs.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through digital platforms and partnerships, expanding audience reach and strengthening connections.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading successful digital Peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of peer-to-peer strategies within the nonprofit sector.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a track record of facilitating digital initiatives, such as refreshing TeamRaiser blueprints and orchestrating virtual walk/run and marathon events.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and data processing applications, coupled with experience in internal communication, budgeting, and special events fundraising.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external engagement.
  • A creative and adaptable thinker who embraces innovation and continuous improvement.
  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
