May have more in-depth product offerings and support marketing efforts. Interactions extend beyond phone and may include in-person client interactions to support product research, analysis and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of a life cycle of a group of products, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the products' competitive position.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders up to and including management level, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns and reacting to them by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.
  • Manage a medium-sized financial product development or specialist team and/or manage the definition, development, and delivery of significant financial products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Manage key client and customer relationships. Likely to involve using account teams to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead development of new innovations or support business units and teams in new product and service initiatives, acting as a methodology expert and facilitator for the most-critical innovation teams across the company.
  • Act as a business partner to key internal customers and manage relationships with them. Likely to involve using support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills:

  • Oversee and manage all stages of a product's lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring efficient processes, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage the resources (physical and human) for the project.
  • Communicate and articulate potential resolutions or strategies in a clear, compelling, and tailored manner to address specific challenges or meet organizational needs.
  • Review and evaluate recommendations and requirements and to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions required.

Education

Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Data Processing
