This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Licensure Requirements – Your Key to Success
To excel in this role, you must hold—or be able to obtain within 120 days—the following FINRA licenses:
SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) – Required unless exempt or grandfathered.
Series 99 (Operations Professional) – Required unless you already hold one of the following qualifying registrations: Series 6, 7, 17, 37, 38, or principal-level Series 4, 9/10, 14, 16, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 51, or 53.
These licenses are essential for ensuring compliance and enabling you to operate confidently in a regulated financial environment. We’ll support you every step of the way to obtain them if needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Innovate: Own a key operational area—whether building something new or optimizing existing processes—with guidance from senior leaders.
Strategic Planning: Shape annual and long-term business plans, forecast KPIs, and develop compelling business cases.
Drive Performance: Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and inspire your team to exceed expectations.
Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day service operations and coordinate across teams to align schedules with business goals.
Policy & Compliance: Interpret and apply policies, monitor regulatory compliance, and recommend process improvements.
Risk & Budget Management: Develop contingency plans, collaborate on budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
Talent Development: Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth and professional development.
Technical Expertise Required
Strong technical knowledge to support operational efficiency and process improvement.
SmartSheet experience (or similar project management tools) is highly beneficial for workflow optimization and reporting.
Ability to analyze data trends, leverage technology for decision-making, and implement innovative solutions.
