The Associate Director role of AI Strategy and Enablement is responsible for shaping strategy, aligning message, and executing communication planning to increase understanding of the corporate AI vision and business priorities. This position partners with senior leadership to influence strategic direction, develop tactical plans, and drive adoption of AI-driven initiatives across internal and external audiences.Job Description
This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a our St. Petersburg, Florida Headquarters location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic prioritization of AI initiatives, ensuring resources and efforts align with business goals.
Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, third-party vendors, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution of AI strategies.
Drive change management efforts to foster digital transformation and adoption of AI technologies.
Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
Lead cross-departmental task forces to advance high-priority initiatives.
Translate complex analyses into concise presentations for senior management.
Build clear and compelling narratives to communicate AI strategy across the enterprise.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure effective AI implementation.
Technical Skills/Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience including management or leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Advanced presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint or similar).
Strong narrative development and executive communication capabilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with competing priorities.
Ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in strategic planning roles within technology or financial services
Strong background in business operations, project management, product management preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Data Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)Work Experience
