The Director of Marketing Efficiency supports the operational effectiveness of Raymond James Investment Management’s marketing organization by managing key initiatives, improving workflows, and ensuring consistent delivery across projects and platforms. This role plays a central part in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating resources, and fostering alignment across various teams. The director brings a disciplined, collaborative approach to execution that enhances visibility, accountability, and impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the execution of marketing-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and quality outcomes.
- Oversee website-related projects and enhancements, partnering with internal teams to ensure functionality, messaging, and user experience support business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations, reduce friction, and enhance team efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, execution roadmaps, and operational guidelines to support consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate across cross functionally to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and organizational needs.
- Monitor progress across active projects and initiatives; provide updates, flag risks, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Support vendor and agency coordination for marketing-related deliverables, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that track executional performance and support data-informed decision-making.
- Stay current on marketing operations best practices, tools, and technologies to support continuous improvement and team development.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in marketing within financial services or a related industry.

- Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
