Manage the PCG Domestic data platform and systems to assist in providing insights into business performance and suggest areas for and methods of improving operations
Translate the work of the Analytics function into findings for application by the broader business, including for use in strategic decision making and planning by Implement analytical approaches and methodologies while assisting in the interpretation of results
Responsibilities:
Plan all business and technical aspects of different data and analytics systems and platforms
Understand features and properties, ensure data integrity of new and existing tracking, and own the maintenance and administrative functions of these systems and platforms
Perform complex statistical analysis and utilize mining, modeling, and testing techniques to enable data analysis
Manage key aspects of the data management system, including being responsible for developing or operating key elements of the system
Interpret the business needs and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level
Lead the improvement efforts that are within span of control at this level
Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates
Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations
Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals
Create complex algorithms that identify patterns in structured data through supervised and unsupervised data
Manage data preparation in collaboration with different stakeholders and internal clients in the business
Skills:

Acts as the organization's authority and established expert on understanding and using standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes

Works independently and provides guidance and training to others on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making

Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently on acquiring, organizing, protecting and processing data to fulfill business objectives
Works at an advanced level to conduct an enterprise readiness assessment to determine the organization's readiness for change
Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently on creating and reviewing relevant, lucid and effective reports
Works at an advanced level to orient work in a workflow to plan, organize, and execute the steps it takes to achieve a goal to achieve higher efficiencies

Education/Previous Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in the specific business function of assigned functional area or related field and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience working with large data sets, analytical projects, and visualizing data.
