Job Description

This position blends financial planning support with client service excellence. You’ll assist advisors in preparing financial plans, managing client communications, and ensuring operational efficiency. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update financial plans, reports, and investment proposals
  • Assist with account opening, transfers, and maintenance
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance documentation is complete
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors for service-related inquiries
  • Support advisors with research, data entry, and plan implementation
  • Assist with clients requests, as needed
  • Provide back-up support for team, as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in CRM and financial planning software
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a client-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses
  • Familiarity with tax, trust and estate planning

Education

Bachelor’s: Business Administration (Required), Bachelor’s: Finance (Required)

Work Experience

General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Certifications

Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Less than 25%
