Job Summary:

At Raymond James Investment Management, technology and data play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales and marketing landscape. We are seeking a Salesforce Analyst with a strong interest in solving business and data challenges.

In this role, you will support digital solutions and analytics efforts, contributing to the development and optimization of platforms. You’ll collaborate with team members across business lines to help implement applications, generate data insights, and assist with automation that supports our distribution network and digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll gain exposure to how our sales, marketing, and management teams leverage technology and data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the business structure, internal and industry data sets, operational and technical design to help build and maintain actionable solutions for sales and marketing using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Support data use cases helping to identify data trends and segment audiences to promote client engagement strategies through sales and marketing. Participate in go-to-market activities with sales and marketing under guidance from senior team members.

• Help prepare and present data insights to business partners. Use data visualization, Salesforce workflows, and automation tools to make insights understandable, actionable, and impactful.

• Contribute to a data-driven culture by supporting process optimization and automation efforts in collaboration with the team.

• Build partnerships across the organization by working with business partners and subject matter experts to understand needs and apply technical capabilities to improve user experience.

• Engage in continuous learning of Salesforce technologies, Tableau, and the investment management industry.

Knowledge of:

• Salesforce Financial Services & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Client Experience Cloud, Agentforce AI (experience with one or more is preferred).

Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other visualization and data blending tools.

• Basic proficiency in languages for data management, mining, and manipulation (e.g., SQL).

• Understanding of investment management or financial services industry (preferred).

• Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining to non-technical audiences.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in working with Salesforce technologies, Tableau, revenue operations, or digital marketing.
  • Tableau and Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
