Responsibilities: Implement formal development frameworks for a substantial department. Provide others throughout the organization with informal coaching and mentoring. Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources. Act as a business partner to key internal customers and manage relationships with them. Likely to involve using support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage certain aspects of the internal communications system with some guidance from senior colleagues. This could mean being responsible for the development or operation of the system. Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues. Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature. Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility or department. Take responsibility for creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation.
