This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 2-3 days a week at our corporate office in Saint Petersburg, FL.
Drive advisor business development with a focus on technology and education through consulting and development of programs and resources. Provide support for the organization’s advisor technologies to ensure they meet advisor and organizational needs through the input development of business requirements and collaboration across various stakeholders, including advisors and home office departments. Identifies and develops, and implements services, resources, and processes that advance recruitment and productivity of financial advisors with respect to business practices, such as educational programs and resources, and portfolio and practice consultation. Under limited supervision and with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to identify, analyze, and consult on complex advisor technology by developing and delivering strategies, programs, and resources that support portfolio construction education, sales, and processes. Serves as the primary point of contact on the most complex or escalated issues. Applies specialized business knowledge and skills to produce significant deliverables, programs, and other resources. Coordinates projects and information across multiple departments and business units that have enterprise impact while representing the team and advocating for advisor feedback. May provide direction and guidance to team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze advisor portfolios and practices to recommend solutions on how to improve portfolio characteristics and/or business practices
Develops, maintains and enhances relationships through in-person and virtual programs and discussions covering business strategy, new products, service requirements, and market developments.
Consult with advisors on ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of investment management practices
Develops and delivers targeted educational programs for advisory technology to increase advisor knowledge of portfolio construction and management approaches
Provides support for successful deployment of applications through testing and validation of changes and upgrades.
Supports data collection analysis and reporting.
Solves technical client issues, acts as the liaison between customers and internal application or product developers, sales, and product delivery groups to resolve issues relating to status, production, and delivery.
Coordinates activities with other functional area and facilities the implementation of cross-functional business system enhancements to raise awareness to other home office departments and to the field.
Identifies and drives projects that increase advisor efficiencies, awareness, and understanding of advisory technologies
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge of
Industry best practices around investment management and advisor and staff education.
Advanced concepts, practices and procedures of portfolio construction.
Advanced investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.
Research design and analysis principles and methodologies, sufficient to develop an educational curriculum.

Licenses/Certifications
Ability to obtain FINRA Licenses (as required).
Travel Required:
Up to 20%. Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the firm’s Vehicle Fleet Safety Policy to drive on company business.
