Job Description Summary

This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in the office 3 days a week at the Southfield, MI Office location.

Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Job Description

As an ACH Associate, you will provide standard client support services by assisting internal associates and Financial Advisors in researching and resolving escalated issues. You will recommend solutions to moderately complex problems and maintain extensive contact with internal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
  • Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any basic requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues, as necessary.
  • Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain files and records.
