Desktop Support Analyst - Tech-Savvy, Customer-Focused, Future-Ready

What You’ll Do:
Provide empathetic, personalized support to end users across Windows and macOS environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using advanced tools and techniques.
Leverage remote support platforms and tools like ServiceNow, Intune, Ivanti, and MDM solutions.
Manage user accounts and policies via Active Directory and Group Policy.
Document incidents, service requests, and knowledge base updates with precision and clarity.
Analyze trends and historical data using Excel and reporting tools to drive smarter support.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and elevate the support experience.
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Level 2 desktop support or a similar role.
Strong technical chops in OS, hardware, networking, and enterprise tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience with ServiceNow, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
Certifications like CompTIA A+/N+, ITIL Foundations, or LEAN IT are a big plus.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
