Define and establish delivery plans for complex global enterprise technology projects.

Evaluate multi-faceted project requests for technical feasibility & prioritization.

Define, develop, and maintain detailed project plans, covering resources, budget, and schedule.

Lead cross-functional teams of technical & business SMEs to deliver Banking, Finance and Regulatory technology projects while driving continuous improvement to project management methodologies.

Manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle including planning, executing, monitoring and control of project activities, while evaluating individual as well as project performance.

Leverage expertise in prevalent technologies (Azure DevOps, OFSAA, ODI, etc) and Banking and Financial Services domain to effectively drive resolutions to technical risks & issues, priority conflicts, and obstacles for the project teams.

Evaluate third-party solutions and provide recommendations to the project team.

Act as a strategic liaison between the project stakeholders, partners, & executive management to ensure business requirements are met with technical solutions.

Ensure software development adheres to the industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements while maintaining project schedule & budget.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or related.

Eight (8) years in any occupation with software development project management experience.

Eight (8) years in any occupation with software development project management experience must include: Experience with design and delivery of software solutions in Banking, Financials and Regulatory domain; Project management methodologies and best practices for software development; Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) and its integration with enterprise financial reporting applications; Diversified banking application platforms; Oracle Database technologies including database design concepts and data warehousing database design patterns; Experience delivering solutions with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure cloud services; Banking packaged software (LOANIQ, Signature, RESI, Signature International) and General Ledger systems (Prologue, Peoplesoft); Industry-leading tools and frameworks for project management, source code management, defects and data quality aspects; Enterprise workflow orchestration platform BMC Control M; and experience utilizing specific technological tools associated with the assigned functional areas.

ALTERNATE EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Engineering (any), or related, and six (6) years in any occupation with software development project management experience. Must have skills listed above.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

SALARY: $155,000 per year
