We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner to support our Private Client Group (PCG). In this role, you’ll be a trusted HR partner to business leaders, building strong relationships, offering practical guidance on leadership and team dynamics, and helping navigate organizational challenges. You’ll align HR support with business strategy and culture, shape team structures, and coach leaders through change. Working closely with HR Centers of Expertise, you’ll ensure talent solutions are tailored, actionable, and aligned with business needs.
Essential Duties:
Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders, offering guidance on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational challenges.
Provide tailored HR guidance that aligns with the business strategy and reflects the firm’s culture.
Translate business strategy into an organizational structure, advising on roles, team structure, and how work is organized.
Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and align development strategies with business goals.
Coach business leaders on how to lead through change with clarity and confidence.
Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) on the delivery of talent solutions, ensuring client needs are tailored and actionable within the business context.

Applies knowledge of the business and marketplace to advance the firm’s goals and stays attuned to business and industry changes
Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Makes sense of complex, high quantity, sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Handles conflict situations effectively; seeks agreement on critical issues
Maintain knowledge of developing HR practices and key trends
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence others
Experience with Workday
