Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator, Client Referral Programs to support the administration and optimization of our firm’s client referral programs. This role requires a strong operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and success of our referral initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process applications for new referral program participants.
- Serve as a resource to financial advisors, providing guidance on program benefits and best practices.
- Monitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Identify and resolve operational and systemic issues.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay current on relevant regulations, firm policies, and procedures.
- Utilize standard office equipment and software tools to perform daily tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge of:
- Referral program operations, policies, and procedures.
- Financial services operations and systems.
- Basic investment concepts and financial market practices.
Skills in:
- Problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Process analysis and improvement.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word).

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry,

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as approved by Human Resources.
