Job Description
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of medium-scale projects. You’ll shape the vision, build the roadmap, and ensure execution aligns with business goals.
- Project Architect: Develop detailed plans, organize activities, and ensure alignment with organizational frameworks. You’ll be the blueprint behind successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Whisperer: Lead engagement efforts to build trust, uncover needs, and ensure alignment across teams and departments.
- Insight Generator: Facilitate workshops, research sessions, and discovery activities to define deliverables and drive clarity.
- Risk Navigator: Identify challenges early, develop smart solutions, and keep projects on track with proactive risk and issue management.
- Performance Driver: Monitor progress, manage resources, and report outcomes with clarity and confidence. You’ll ensure every milestone is met with excellence.
- Team Catalyst: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing medium-complexity projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong command of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project methodologies.
- A mindset for innovation, continuous learning, and growth.
Bonus Skills
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience leading assurance reviews and post-project evaluations.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for project tracking and collaboration.
