About the Role
You’ll own Joffa’s entire B2C growth function (paid acquisition, content and AEO, email, CRO, and influencer/affiliate), reporting to the Managing Director and operating as a senior peer to our Sr. Creative Strategist. You bring the data and topic thesis; she brings the creative direction. AI is your operating surface, not a side project: you orchestrate tools, agents, and contributors to compound output rather than scale headcount. Measured on two numbers, read together: revenue growth and ad cost as a percent of revenue. Defined path to Director of Revenue.
What You'll Own

Paid acquisition strategy, execution, and creative briefs (Meta, Google, etc.).

Answer Engine Optimization: visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.

Content engine: owns brand messaging and copy across paid, AEO, email, influencer, etc.

Email revenue through Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, lifecycle.

Influencer and affiliate strategy as a single externalvoice discovery engine.

Website conversion diagnosis and spec; vendor or your own hands ship it.

AI tooling and automations that compound across campaigns, content, and experiments
Who You Are
-
Self-directed owner of a growth or performance marketing function; comfortable being measured on efficiency ratios, not reach.

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Advantage+, Performance Max).

Already using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in current work, with workflows that replaced or compounded prior agency effort.

Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics fluency (GA4 or equivalent); strong CRO instincts and editorial judgment for a content engine at volume.

Bonus: paid brought in-house, AEO/SEO programbuilding, or shipping site changes with agentic coding tools (Claude Code)
Compensation
Base & Total Comp

Base: $85K–$115K depending on experience and AI fluency.

Total target Y1: ~$94K–$127K at target; ~$98K$132K at stretch.

Career path: Defined growth track to Director of Revenue.

Performance

Target (10% of base): 100% of revenue plan AND adcost ratio at or below target.

Stretch (15% of base): 110%+ of revenue plan AND ad-cost ratio 90%+ of target.
