About the Role
As Joffa’s first dedicated B2B closer, you’ll self-generate pipeline, close corporate gifting partnerships, and help shape the offer as we scale. This is a hunting role: outbound prospecting and cold outreach are the engine; warm inbound leads are a head-start. Two primary focuses in 2026: holiday corporate gifting and realtor partnerships year-round. Reports to the Managing Director with a clear growth path to B2B Sales Manager and Director of Revenue.
What You'll Do

Self-generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.

Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement.

Close holiday corporate gifting and build the realtor gifting channel year-round.

Partner with the Executive Director to co-develop the sales playbook as you go.

Maintain clean HubSpot pipeline and deliver weekly leadership updates
Who You Are

3+ years B2B sales with a track record of selfgenerated pipeline; deal range $2,500–$25,000.

Net-new business orientation: you can point to specific accounts you opened from cold.

Full-cycle seller comfortable in ambiguity: the offer will evolve and you’ll help evolve it.

Compensation
Year One (2026)

Base: $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Commission: 8% on commissionable product revenue, with accelerators (10% from $150K–$210K; 12% above $210K). Uncapped.

On-target earnings: ~$77K at quota ($150K). ~$88K at $250K revenue. ~$94K at $300K. Calibrated to a smaller first-year quota, with proportionally more generous per-dollar economics than enterprise sales roles.

Commission advance: $1,000/month guaranteed through Dec 2026, applied against earned commissions as a ramp-up draw.

Existing accounts: Transferred to the rep at full commission value for 2026.
Year Two (2027) & Beyond

New business: 10% commission on revenue from accounts closed in 2027.

Recurring/expansion: 5% commission on revenue from accounts closed in prior years.

Quota reset based on Year One actuals and 2027 B2B targets
