Reconfigures, upgrades or remodels the interiors of the existing buildings or property and controls utility costs, leasing recommendations, energy management and other property management functions for our buildings.
Meets the various facility needs of the organizations occupying the buildings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Five (5) years related experience in commercial property management which includes commercial construction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong human relations and communication skills.
