Description
Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.
- Evaluates market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
- Works with advanced data models and analytics.
- Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development.
- Executes new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multi-functional team.
- Coaches others in less senior positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
Strong project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Develop and execute marketing plans for one or more of our international parcel products to help achieve the business outcomes for our organization. Lead marketing initiatives to develop new products and features to address competitive gaps and market needs. Works closely with stakeholders to attract new business and retain existing business.

Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
