Job Description Summary:

  • Provides leadership in the development, formulation, and support of the integrated sustainability strategic plan.

Essential Functions:

  • With very limited supervision, provides leadership in the development, formulation, and support of the integrated sustainability strategic plan.
  • Acts independently on behalf of the department and supports enterprise collaboration with the implementation of sustainability strategic long-range planning and reporting to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Seven (7) years professional experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, program management, process improvement or related area. Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation, and project/program management skills.
  • Strong human relations, organizational/time management, and communication skills.
