Job Description Summary:

Provides leadership in the development, formulation, and support of the integrated sustainability strategic plan.

Essential Functions:

With very limited supervision, provides leadership in the development, formulation, and support of the integrated sustainability strategic plan.
Acts independently on behalf of the department and supports enterprise collaboration with the implementation of sustainability strategic long-range planning and reporting to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

Seven (7) years professional experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, program management, process improvement or related area. Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation, and project/program management skills.
Strong human relations, organizational/time management, and communication skills.
