Review, advise, lead and ensure completion of the corporation’s tax obligations in accordance with federal and international laws leveraging specific international tax knowledge and technological advances.

Essential Functions:

Preparation and review of international tax processes, as assigned, which may include transfer pricing, local country income tax support/analysis, and U.S. income tax compliance of foreign operations.
Assist with gathering audit data, defending tax positions upon audit, and correspondence with various jurisdictions, as necessary.
Research and analyze U.S. international and local country tax issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

Knowledge of U.S. corporate tax matters for non-U.S. operations such as foreign tax credits, Subpart F, look-thru, GILTI, BEAT, dual consolidated losses, foreign currency considerations, etc.
Familiarity with U.S. earnings and profit calculations for non-U.S. entities.
Understanding of U.S. international tax attributes - PTEP, tax basis (inside & outside), etc.
Knowledge of Corptax
Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI or similar tools

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years of directly related experience within a tax/financial discipline.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of large service or business operations.
