Job Summary:

Provides leadership and initiative in the initiation and implementation of significant IT efforts across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with a cross-functional team to facilitate and assist in the prioritization of projects, relationship of projects to the business needs, and communication of information across the enterprise.
  • Analyzes business processes and IT capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions. Identifies cross-organizational impacts.
  • Leads and/or assists in the identification of requirements and test scenarios.
  • Coordinates project activities and consults across multiple projects and development initiatives.
  • Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Technical Architecture, able to solve complex technical issues, and provide solutions to high level software/hardware issues.
  • Expertise in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and troubleshoot technical issues is critical.
  • Strong project management skills – The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Stakeholder management – The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business executives and IT leadership.
  • Change management – The ability to manage organizational change and implement new technologies and processes.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology engineering environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Annual Pay Range: $96,087.48 - $172,957.32
