Description
The Manager Change Management will create and deliver strategies and plans to help the enterprise maximize the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This role will lead change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value and drive desired business outcomes. The manager is responsible for leading our HR and enterprise change network, partnering with various stakeholders on the intake, distribution, and delivery of change management needs which align with enterprise changes.
Essential Functions
- Leads and manage a team to work collaboratively across the business to support enterprise wide initiatives. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coaching, skills development, performance management and team effectiveness and productivity.
- Create and launch the comprehensive, enterprise wide strategy for change framework that aligns business and people strategies.
- Conduct change assessments to understand scope and scale of changes, impacts to stakeholders, and potential areas of resistance
- Identify change goals and success metrics and define high-level change strategies in partnership with cross-functional partners
- Build and deliver actionable engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption and achieve intended business outcomes
- Demonstrate strong judgment and decision making in anticipation of project needs and develop innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding value
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders such as Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or other related fields.
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years related experience in one or more of the following areas: organizational change management, program design and implementation, and resource management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks for the domain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various levels of leadership
- Ability to collaborate and form strategic partnerships with other functions
- Experience in leading (formally and informally), program teams
- Experience conducting learning / skill assessments and developing educational materials
- Strong business and data acumen
- Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders on local regulations and employment laws
