Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated SaaS Implementation Specialist III to join our growing Customer Engagement team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering our users to be successful with our innovative SaaS products.
About the Role:
Our SaaS Implementation Specialist III will be a key player in improving our training and documentation processes, systems, and tools.
· Facilitate live training sessions (e.g., webinars, workshops) to educate and onboard new users.
· Develop and deliver engaging training materials (e.g., webinars, tutorials, interactive guides) for diverse audiences with varying technical skills.
· Tailor training content to address specific user needs and learning styles.
· Partner with product and support teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements and incorporate them into training materials.
· Collaborate with Technical Writers and Documentation Specialists to improve customer-facing product documentation and educational experiences.
· Product consistent content across teams
· Analyze training data and user feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
· Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our SaaS products (e.g., user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQs).
· Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to our style guidelines.
· Utilize various documentation tools and platforms to create engaging and interactive documentation experiences.
· Partner with product and engineering teams to translate technical specifications into clear and understandable user instructions.
· Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in eLearning and technical writing.
· Assist with other learning and development initiatives as needed.
· Contribute to improving the overall user experience of our SaaS products.
Skills:
· Experience with the following tools, Gitbook (or similar CMS or CCMS), SharePoint Adobe and Experience Manager
· Experience with screen and video capture tools such as Snagit, Loom, or Camtasia · Knowledge in e-learning tools and platforms
· Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and user-friendliness
· Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Detail-oriented and quality-focused
· Passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communication, or a related field.
· 3 – 4 years of experience developing and delivering training materials for software or technology products.
Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Annual Salary $82,480 - $103,100
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
